What are your payment methods?

We’re confident you’ll love how our gear performs. But in case you don’t we’ll take it back and exchange it for something you do love. You have up to 60 days to decide.
How to Order?​

We have made our inventory available online as we are a direct bike manufacturer so that you find the right bike for you when you want it. In order to give you the best possible riding experience, your we will need at least 24 hours to build and fine-tune your new bike before it is ready for collection or delivery. There are no additional assembly charges for bikes. You will be contacted once it is ready for delivery.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase, but if an item fails to meet your expectations we will accept its return. Please note, that once an order is placed the processing begins immediately and cannot be changed or canceled.
To make a return for a refund, please follow these guidelines:

​Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the invoice

Items must be in like-new, unused condition, and undamaged

Proof of purchase is required

Credit will be issued to the original payment type used for purchase. If a digital gift card was redeemed, this payment method will be credited first.

Store Credit or Gift Certificate
Store credit is redeemable by phone or in person in the showroom.
What are shipping restrictions?

At this time we only sell and ship to customers located in the continental United States. If you are located in another country please check with your local retailers for product offerings and availability. In addition to international locations, there are a few other locations to which we do not ship. We are also unable to ship to the following: Alaska, Hawai’i, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and PO Boxes.
We offer home delivery and set-up service to our customers for a nominal fee. Please check with your local retailer to find out if this is a service they offer, and if they charge for the service.
